A Consultation is where we turn your idea into a scoped concept — the run of the day, the vibe, what's realistic within your budget. Event Planning goes further: we build the full run sheet, coordinate suppliers, and manage logistics leading up to the day, whether or not we're also the ones delivering it.

Yes. Our Production division covers PA systems, subs, speakers, DJ equipment, lighting, and staging, including setup and operation on the day. Typically for larger scale events we work with trusted partners

Yes. We work across private functions, weddings, engagements, corporate events, school balls and university events, and community events or festivals.

Yes. We offer lessons in club mixing, turntable mixing, DMC competition preparation, Yourshot competition prep, Artist development, and advanced DJ techniques.

The earlier the better, especially for weekend dates and peak seasons. Booking early also gives us more time to properly plan and coordinate everything around your event.

If you cancel more than 60 days before your event, your deposit is refunded less a small admin fee, or credited toward a future booking. Between 30 and 60 days out, 50% of the total fee is retained. Inside 30 days, the full fee is retained, since equipment, crew, and other bookings have already been committed to your date. You're welcome to reschedule once for free if you give us more than 30 days' notice.

Your deposit secures your date and is handled under our standard cancellation terms above. A booking isn't confirmed until the deposit is received.

Just suitable venue access, power, and space for our equipment, and any permissions the venue requires. We'll talk you through exactly what's needed once your event is confirmed.
