These Terms relate to your use of the Site itself. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Client Services Agreement that governs any event services you book with us — see Clause 6 below.

  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form on the Site, including our enquiry form

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

A booking for our services is only formed once you have agreed to, and we have accepted, a separate Client Services Agreement setting out the specific services, event details, and payment terms for your event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including as a result of downtime, errors, or inaccuracies in Site content

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on general information provided on this Site, as opposed to a specific quote or agreement provided directly to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
