Sound Protocol (trading name of SP Productions) ABN: 39 703 721 321 Last updated: 28/08/26
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at soundprotocol.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Sound Protocol, trading as SP Productions (ABN: 39 703 721 321) ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
These Terms relate to your use of the Site itself. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Client Services Agreement that governs any event services you book with us — see Clause 6 below.
2. Use of This Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site
Use any automated system (including scrapers or bots) to access the Site without our prior written consent
Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form on the Site, including our enquiry form
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Links & Services
This Site may contain links to, or make use of, third-party services (for example, our enquiry form is hosted by Jotform). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
5. Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, including information about our services, pricing guidance, and availability. However:
Pricing shown or discussed on the Site is indicative only and does not constitute a binding quote
Availability for any date is not confirmed until a booking is accepted in accordance with our booking process
We may update or change Site content, including pricing guidance, at any time without notice
6. No Booking Formed by Browsing or Enquiring
Browsing this Site, or submitting an enquiry through our enquiry form, does not create a binding contract between you and us. A booking for our services is only formed once you have agreed to, and we have accepted, a separate Client Services Agreement setting out the specific services, event details, and payment terms for your event.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including as a result of downtime, errors, or inaccuracies in Site content
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on general information provided on this Site, as opposed to a specific quote or agreement provided directly to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information through this Site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
